Returns and exchanges

    You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Please note that personalised or made-to-measure items cannot be refunded or exchanged. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us by email at [email protected], providing your order details.
Return and exchange delivery costs are your responsibility. Before sending the product back, please wait for our response to your request. For returns, refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving the product and will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that delivery costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. However, for EU countries, VAT will be included in the refund. For exchanges, availability will be confirmed before proceeding. If the item is in stock, we will arrange the replacement promptly; otherwise, please be prepared for potential production lead times.

    Damage goods

    We recommend carefully inspecting the package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, indicate this on the courier receipt. If possible, take photos of the damage in the courier’s presence. Contact us immediately at [email protected], providing a detailed description of the damage, along with photos of the product and packaging. Please mention that you have informed the courier. If damage is discovered after opening the package, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will assess the situation and, depending on the condition of the product and your preferences, offer a repair, replacement, or partial/full refund.

    Warranty terms

    All our products are covered by a two-year legal warranty, which protects against manufacturing or material defects. Please note that characteristics resulting from manual craftsmanship or the natural properties of the materials used are not considered defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage due to improper use or maintenance.
